both jobs are with Microsoft, in Redmond, WA -- I'm not sure of the exact pay range for the group marketing manager job -- there are a couple of grade levels someone could come in for that one, and the pay is determined by the grade level -- but the product manager has a base salary range of between $90k US - $105k US, plus a potential signing bonus -- the group manager job definitely pays more though. >From: "Mark A.
