I would have thought so as well (as you are running in Pooled mode, so I
would have expected aspnet_wp.exe or dllhost.exe), but looking in the
'net there seem to be a lot of posts about inetinfo being pegged as well
- and as the default is pooled, I'm guessing a good number of them are
pooled.
