Yikes... sorry to hear that, Simon. No, I haven't seen this. DocGen passes all my tests on XP SP1 -- although admittedly none of them could be considered "largish".
Is it really a true access violation in wizrun.exe, or some kinda script-level crash? In either case, can you give me more info? Like the module responsible for the av? Maybe try attaching a debugger to wizrun.exe...
ntsd -g wizrun.exe DocGenWizard.gxw
(When you hit an av, it will break -- type "kb" to get a raw binary stack trace... should include module info, at the very least... maybe even offsets from exports, I forget.)
You never know, if it's a really dodgy timing-related bug in the v5.6 script engine, then running under a debugger might even solve the problem. :-/ (Not trying to shuck responsibility, but it wouldn't be the first such bug I've seen.. ;-)

Subject: docgen / XP / scripting v5.6
I have a largish docgen project, which runs fine on my w2k box, but
attempting to run it on XP (which has v5.6 scripting engines), its
gets about a third of the way through, then dies with an access
violation.
Anyone else seen anything like this ?
Thanks
Simon
