Hello,

The list has been really quiet lately.

1. I was wondering if it was possible to assemble a list of projects which
use netWindows already and are publically accessible. It would be great to
be able to learn from other implementations. I haven't touched many of the
widgets just because I had no example except the test pages (which are
somewhat bare-bone).

2. I have also not done much on my own project, one reason being that I
still have to figure out how to present it to potential users. I have to do
something about the really long start-up time - maybe use a different
loading sequence, and certainly implement some "splash window" equivalent.
There were a couple of suggestions on the list how to do that, but I wonder
if anyone has done work on that already.

I thought that maybe one could load the netwindows scripts first, then
create a progress bar widget to display while the application scripts are
being loaded. Has anyone tried something in this direction already? And
also: I still need suggestion on how to prevent Mozilla from displaying this
annoying message about the script slowing down the page.

Best,

Christian
