Microsoft is stupid.

netWindows was granted as a trademark to a company in Florida in 1997. 
You should inform Microsoft that netWindows specifically infringes on a
trademark they do not appear to control.  Perhaps you should get in
touch with the company as they don't appear to have an active presence,
but they have this asset unless Microsoft already got it.
