of their company and their lawyers, which they are known to use in 
bullying tactics such as this. Lindows had to change their name. This 
was a "valid" infringement. Windows and Lindows are both similar 
products (operating systems). If netWindows were some sort of OS, then 
they might have a valid complaint. However, AFAIK netWindows is *not* 
anything near an OS. It is a Javascript GUI toolkit for creating 
web-based interface elements for use in web pages/sites.

I would at least consult with a IP lawyer, if you can find one that 
gives free consultations. I don't know if I would fight it, even though 
you would probably win, as this costs money.
