It was a real pain, but was doable. First off, I don't know what may have changed architecturally from 8i to 9i, so take this with a grain of salt. The key problem I had when configuring my COM+ server to work with Oracle was that the various COM+/MTS related services needed to be running under with a valid domain identity. When running as localsystem, things would not connect up. I found quite a bit of information on the Oracle Partners site [under the 8i Windows documentation]. I would imagine the 9i docs for windows should be available. Like most other things on the Oracle site, however, you'll probably have to dig for a while to find it.
