CCE, Chapters and updates

I was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this one.

I have a disconnected CCE rowset that I filter and keep hold of the
resulting chapter handles for a while.  What I was wondering is, what
happens when I perform updates on the unfiltered rowset?  Does CCE update
the results of the filter?  Will it pick up rows that now match the criteria
as a result of updates (similarly notice rows that no longer match the
criteria).

I guess basically what I'm asking is, is a filter on a CCE rowset a shapshot
or is it dynamic?
