Pinging weblogs.com through .NET

Hello,
 The services provided by weblogs.com don't provide a WSDL file so
 trying to call the service I've found to be difficult. I've searched
 high-and-low but could not find a sample .NET client that interacts
 with a non-WSDL web service. How does one go about this ? tia.
