It sounds like your app is linking to SOAP Toolkit v1.0. IIRC, ROPE.DLL
doesn't exist in STK 2 and later.=20
For what its worth, I'd recommend downloading the .NET Framework SDK and
using that for your SOAP experimentation. You should find that your ramp
up time is a lot shorter with the toolkit and lessons learned will apply
to future uses of Web services much better than learning the STK.

I just install SOAP KIT 3.0, and I am trying to test a simple program to
consume a web service, but it detect that ROPE.DLL is missing, I check
my hard disk and this is true, I tried to install SOAP Toolkit 3.0 three
times, but it is always the same (I have windows XP)
