Hi, I use MSSOAP 3.0 on a regular basis. I employ it on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. I have never seen a ROPE.dll file, nor have I ever been required to use such a DLL. Are you sure that MSSOAP 3.0 is the program that is asking for this DLL? By the way, I have some good working examples of VB and VBA (running inside Excel) clients utilizing Weblogic-hosted Web Services. I'll be glad to send them your way if you are interested.
