Bi-Directional VB programming....

Hi Friends....

Does VB supports Bi-directional programming....? I want to develop a
client/server application in English and Arabic Language.... Is it possible
easily....? I know that it is possible, but is it possible to have both the
languages together on the same application S/W....? And pls give me the S/W
cofigurations needed for such type of application(such as, what r the tools
to be added, where it is available, is this bidirectional feature already
available in VS 6.0, or to install any new features on the normal windows
development env....?)....
