Uinstallation Problem

Hi ,
       WE have developed one application using vb, com+ and sql server.
We are distributing our com+ components as MSI Package. We have created the
package using Install Shield. So while installing our application it will
install the components using the MSI package. Its getting registered in the
registry and it works fine. But while we uninstall the software its not
removing the registry entries of our components. Some times it over writes
and some times it doenst (registry keys) .  How can i solve this problem.
Is there anything to do with package script or ?
