old format or invalid type library

Hello,

We developed an ASP.Net application, which uses Excel. It works fine on my
machine (Win XP Prof, Office 2000 Prof.), and on a Win2000 Server with
Office XP. But we should deploy it on another Win2000 server, wich now has
the same XP as ours (on which it works fine.) Previously we installed
several kind of Office on this second server, but it didn't worked. The
error message was always "old format or invalid type library" , as it is
now. We also made a test windows application, it was compiled on a Win XP
Prof. with Office XP, and it works fine on this server!  (We use late
binding, and don't make a reference to Excel.)

It's a rather tricky problem, I hope I my description is clear and you can
help me.
