Yes, the "problem" is start to see IL outside ByteCodeProvider or
ReflectionOptimizer...Few month ago somebody else sent a patch with a lot of
IL for an IType implementation (closed as "won't fix")....
I need to think an injectable solution in this case... perhaps a new method
in IInstantiationOptimizer to instantiate a class with no empty constructor.

Thoughts?
