I think it (again) depends on what it's being used for. If the idea is to automatically generate a few hundred random numbers to feed to a test, I wouldn't want the gui to list the tests for numbers that were never used as not run. I'd want the tests to never have been generate in the first place. But in other situations, it might make sense to show the skipped test.
