I'm using Nunit to dispatch my tests, only.

You can use whatever code you like within the unit tests, so a simple
WriteLine is no problem at all.

 

I'm gathering a lot of data in the tests and write them to stdout as
well as an own logging facility.

Maybe this could help you, too.

 

In that case, you don't use assertions at all, or only use assertions to
compare the values to thresholds if you like to.

Hi to all

 

I am a newbie and I have a simple question. 

Maybe some of you will answer that it is not the purpose of Unit
testing, but here is my question:

 

Is it possible to with NUnit to display values (of results) instead of
assertions?

 

I mean, i don't want to test values (like Assert.AreEqual(....)), i just
need to display some values that i would use as a test result

 

Any help would be appreciated
