Odd that I haven't seen the problem...

There's something I haven't done. Since there is no package
for whatever version of NUnit I'm currently working on, I
always do manual installs of my own build. That may explain,
for example why 1252 encoding works for me: my file actually
/is/ 1252!

I haven't looked at it. If it doesn't make life easier, we could
just start over. It would be an interesting exercise in refactoring
as much as possible into common presenters and keeping only the
views in the parts that are dependent on a particular brand of Gui.

That makes three of us interested. I'll have to get free of a few
other things first, but then I'll set up a project.
