Have you looked in the directory contaiing the test assembly? Charlie _____ From: T P [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, October 05, 2008 4:32 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [Nunit-users] Could not load file or assembly nunit.framework Could not load file or assembly 'nunit.framework, Version=2.4.8.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=96d09a1eb7f44a77' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. I have just installed nunit and built a project that uses it. When I try to run nunit on the generated test dll I get this error. If I go into the gui and try to add the nunit.framework.dll directly I get the same error. Running the supplied nunit self-tests works. ------=_NextPart_000_0045_01C926D8.8FE39D20 Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; = charset=3Dus-ascii"> <META content=3D"MSHTML 6.00.6000.16705" name=3DGENERATOR></HEAD> <BODY> <DIV><SPAN class=3D609045217-05102008><FONT face=3DArial color=3D#0000ff = size=3D2>Hi T=20 P,</FONT></SPAN></DIV> <DIV><SPAN class=3D609045217-05102008><FONT face=3DArial color=3D#0000ff = size=3D2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV> <DIV><SPAN class=3D609045217-05102008><FONT face=3DArial color=3D#0000ff = size=3D2>The=20 message would seem to indicate that the nunit.framework.dll is not=20 available</FONT></SPAN></DIV> <DIV><SPAN class=3D609045217-05102008><FONT face=3DArial color=3D#0000ff = size=3D2>to=20 your test assembly at runtime.
