ext 4673 vs. 4675

Been using 4673 since it was released...no issues or problems. This week I installed 4675 since it has been released a while and apparently no issues.
  
 But, it caused a problem for me. So I switched back to 4673 and I'm running just fine....so reporting this for your knowledge and not as a request to fix/change anything....but that may mean it will remain broken in future releases?? for me/others?? and I may be back to ask for a fix.
  
 The 4675 issue is (as decribed by another earlier, but my setup may be different):  when I use the *search* dialog box (ctrl+f) it works normally in my main monitor screen; but if used in second monitor, the dialog box is correct height but too narrow and right side of content/choices is not displayed (cut-off). (moving, after opening, does not change the box size).
  
 My system: win7pro x64, two identical monitors (each 1920x1200); main in landscape mode, second monitor in portrait mode.  All other programs for last 2 years work just fine using this setup.
