Ecco Extension and memory use ...

The process of ecco32.exe is continuously running when started with the 
Ecco Extension. Three actions are repeatedly running. 1) CreateFile; 2) 
QueryBasicInformationFile; 3) CloseFile. These were found using a MS 
Windows Technet program called Process Monitor.

This is different from the original EccoPro behavior. Can "Slang" or 
somebody else shed more light on this.
