Upgrading NetManage Ecco Pro Version 4.01

Now that Microsoft has decided to stop support for WinXP, I thought I'd have to give up my beloved ECCO and migrate what I could into some other database.  Happily, while researching options, I found this group.  Wonders of wonders, ECCO lives!  

My question is, what package(s) should I buy to do the upgrade?  I'll be working on Win7 and Win8.1 computers and would like to integrate ECCO into Thunderbird as well.
