Ecco Pro is a program that has not been developed since 1997 and is not available in a 64 bit version, only 32 bit (I think some parts are actually 16 bit).  EccoProX is just an installer for the original final version of the NetManage 32 bit Ecco Pro program so what it installs is a 32 bit program.
