EccoProX64 loads 32 bit application

I'm using EccoProX on two PCs. One is running Windows 8.0 and the other is Windows 7. I checked the System Information and both are running 64-bit operating systems. I registered the software using the 64-bit license yet when the program loads and I view Help->About Ecco, the message reads NetManage Ecco Pro, Version 4.01 (32-bit).
  
 Can anyone offer some insight into what's going on?
