Moving contact information between Outlook and from Ecco Pro

I am a long time Eco Pro user but until now have tried to move data to/from Ecco Pro and Office Outlook 2007 or 2010. Does anyone have a good suggestion on how to do this?

 Ideally I would like to be able to move single (or groups) of individual records to/from Ecco Pro and Outlook.
 They are simple records with normal contact information (name/address/phone/email/ etc) plus a note in some cases.
 I tried using the Yahoo Groups search function first before posting this but it was not working as I expected to likely be the case.
