OK... I am hesitant to give you advice because I am concerned that this may be something that requires some expert help using the actual file and I don't want you to have any additional problems. But let's continue to try a few basic steps and see how it goes. ***Make sure you backup your good files and only experiment on a copy, not the one you need to keep*** 1. Are you using EccoExtension? If so, is there a little Ecco icon on the lower right of your screen? If so, that is the tray icon. If you see that please post the memory info as mentioned in my previous post. This may help point out an obvious problem. 2. Have you tried deleting ALL of your notepads (not the calendar or phone book, but all others)? After doing that did you close the file, reopen it and try the things that caused the error? This probably will not fix the problem but there is a small chance it will. It is a low impact way to try. After my last post I reviewed the history of posts on this topic and noted that your file did not successfully recover. That may mean there is a problem that you as a user cannot fix. But it's not 100% certain. However, it is possible you will need an expert to actually have your file in order to get it fixed if it can be fixed at all. You should consider starting a new file from scratch and reconstructing everything. I understand this is tedious, but I think you are in a situation that may require you to do that. Hopefully something will come along here that will help you beat the odds. It's impossible to know exactly what is going on without seeing the actual file. So luck is still possible.
