I'm sorry to continue to contact you, but this is beginning to be a 
nightmare.

Clicking on the link above does nothing.  I entered the link manually in 
Chrome and went to my services, View Details.  Clicking on the View 
Details button takes me to the download link.  Clicking on the download 
link takes me to  another sign in page.  After signing in, I am taken 
back to the My Services screen in an endless, frustrating, annoying loop.

In short, I can not accomplish what should be a simple download.
