This is new to us. Not to stuff the forum with unnecessary
messages and to get a faster response, for future questions please
use the MyPhoneExplorer support ticket option at creativeservices.us .

To test the link I signed in with your login and password, clicked
on "My Services" on the top menu. I followed
under My Products & Services "Downloads -
MyPhoneExplorer Subscription" the line item to the
right and clicked on the "View Details" icon. I
found the MyPhoneExplorer Installer as a zipped download file and
had no problems downloading the file. I will send you the file in
a separate email.

Freidhelm,

I'm sorry to continue to contact you, but this is
beginning to be a nightmare.

Clicking on the link above does nothing. I entered the link
manually in Chrome and went to my services, View Details.
Clicking on the View Details button takes me to the download
link. Clicking on the download link takes me to another
sign in page. After signing in, I am taken back to the My
Services screen in an endless, frustrating, annoying loop.

In short, I can not accomplish what should be a simple
download.
