Ecco data files locations

Can anyone help me on ECCO data files hard drive locations in Windows 8.1 vs. 
 Windows 7?  In otherwords, when installing ECCO Pro in Windows 8.1 are the 
 following ECCO files installed into the same directory as they were in Window 
 7? 
 [ecco.alm, ecco.cfx, ecco.gid, ecco.ini, ecco.ecc, ecco.ect, ecco.emf, 
 Home.ecb, Home.eco, Home.ecg, ecco.cfx, ecco.fdb, ecco.cfg]
