Maybe it’s a knows issue. Try to run Ecco under Administrator account, if there is no error that’s an known problem existing from XP times and relating to writing privileges for some registry keys. You may either re-install Ecco (if an installer will work under Win10) or try to correct the issue manually. You may search this group for more details. (see for example https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/eccopro/conversations/topics/9619) Alternatively, you may use Ecco in a portable (USB) mode with Eccoext. (This certainly works under Win10) And please share here your experience with all of us. Can anyone advise what this is and how I might get around it? If I can't, I'll have to go back to Windows 8.1, which would be a pity. Thanks in advance for any help. Frank Nettleton
