download the Ecco Extension at CompuSol. The Ecco Extension is

- Katmouse (which I've not used for
many years, but I know others use it) is a free
download available at http://katmouse.en.softonic.com/ ;
and
- EccoPro with Slang's eccoext
enables mouse scrolling (and many other useful
features) -- it's available through this mailing
list (but others will need to tell you how) or
from Compusol at http://www.compusol.org/ecco.html
(for a small fee).
