Thank you Pete for that post. Helped fill in some knowledge gaps. Perhaps there are other great Win 3-era titles that have died - or are attempting to stay alive - but from what I know Ecco takes the cake. Those of us still using the program can't quit. That's how good & strong this 20 year old addiction affliction is. And the irony ... Ecco got its second wind code-wise from someone half a world and a human generation away from the original "bad" source code. Amazing tale. Great gist for a fictionalized novel. Hmmm.... Side note: Thinking about it, I still use state-of-the-art graphics and audio tools - and a PIM - that have their roots back in the late 80's-early 90's and it's 2015. That's amazing considering the mortality rate in the HW/SW industry in general. A sincere thanks to all in the Ecco story, especially Slang and the team that gave Ecco its second life. -Mark
