If I run MPE going to its own database, it works fine.
I just purchased MPE and following what I THINK is proper procedure,
I did File->Sync, setting up the Contacts, Events and Notes to go to my ECCO datafile and (since this is the first time) also set it to go from the phone to ECCO.
However, if I run multisync (with the blue button on MPE) my phone comes on (since I have the MPE client running) and the bottom of the pane say Initiating sync ..., and the the big green completion bar starts filling to about half way. At which point, an error pane comes up saying loading entries from ECCO failed. First of all, if I set it to just download from the phone to ECCO, why would it even try to send going the other way.
OK, if I reset contacts to MPE to its own datafile, It ought to work until I get to events, but once again, it craps out with the same error message. Here is the last sync log:
BTW, my new datafile is as clean and unblemished as the day it was born ... yesterday.
Username: Steves Samsung S4
Phonemodel: samsung SCH-I545
IMEI: ???????????????
MyPhoneExplorer Version: 1.8.6
Sync started at: 9/26/2015 2:07:49 AM
Sync finished at: 9/26/2015 2:08:19 AM
Sync contacts with: Ecco
Sync events with: MyPhoneExplorer
Sync notes with: MyPhoneExplorer
Downloading all notes... Which is all that appears.
Any thoughts, or at least trouble shooting steps that I ought to be trying?
Thanks,
Steve
