I realize that this is WAY off-topic, but when I saw stage IV mentioned 
in your posting I had to pass this along.

Ty Bollinger started this as a one-man campaign. It has blossomed and 
flourished since then.

If you haven't already looked at this then you might want to check it 
out sooner rather than later. There seems to be a lot of good 
information here that you might find helpful.

If you want the videos from this and the previous series, I will be 
happy to get them to you - just let me know. I have them all and will 
get them to you ASAP.

Ain't no miracles here ... but again, there's some solid information 
that might be helpful to you.
