¿No need for Registry entries at all?   !!!!!!

Does the folder *have* to be under C:\?  Could it be, f.ex., under D:\?

Maye you will want to correct the name of your folders as stated. The 
paths point to an executable (.exe) rather than a folder, so I guess it 
should be:

C:\Program - Ecco\EccoPro\

or, maybe, just:

C:\EccoPro

*Definitely*, do *not* use a Windows system folder for this (such as 
"Program Files" or similar)  Win10 is very particular and protective 
about these and the things it will let you do with them.  *Much* more so 
than Win7
