1. Close Ecco if it is running.

2. Look in the Ecco program folder for a file named ecco.alm.

3. Make a backup copy of this file and store it somewhere else (although it's very unlikely you will need it).

4. Now delete the ecco.alm file in the Ecco program directory.

5. Open Ecco and see it this helped.
