Thank you for your comments Friedhelm, however, I don't think that my comments were in need of correction.

The 16 bit code affects more than just the installer and the Palm Pilot conduit.

I commented that some portions of Ecco Pro code are 16 bit and that that is a reason why it has an "Achilles heel" (a reference to the ~65k item limitations, vou limitations, etc.).  I think that comment is accurate.

It is in part the 16 bit code sections of Ecco Pro that cause this limitation (also Ecco only allocates 2 bytes of memory and disk space for items and vou).
