In Windows 7 the ecco.cfx along with ecco.alm and ecco.fdb, using the EccoPro_4.01_UpdatedInstall.exe are placed in C:\Users\"User Name"\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows.

Rather Odd but that is where I found them.
