Notepad printing headers/footers

Using EccoExt with Windows 8.1.  When printing a notepad, is it possible to:

  * specify a date within the header text that is Today or (Today + n days)?
  * specify 'Page x/y' in the header or footer, ie, where x is the
    current page and y is the total number of pages?
