i too initially had difficulties. I also have 64-bit EccoProX.
If you have the license number make sure in the name you put in, is the
name you have received when got the license. In my case it _had _to be
"Bhushan Kapur" which is not what I usually do. I also suggest that you
save the instructions as you may need them again if for some reason you
need to reinstall. have had to do it twice now because of antivirus.
