I am unable to download the 64-bit EccoProX installation

I have obtained several instructions from Friedheim. I carefully follow the step-by-step instructions but I always get to a point where I don't find what he describes in his instructions. 
 

 I'm trying to install 64-bit EccoProX Version 4.6.7.7 and I have uninstalled EccoProX from my Windows 7 computer. 
 

 I have trouble using this Yahoo discussion group since changes were made several years ago. Therefore, please email your reply to me at [email protected] (that is a numeral "1" after the wddcpa, not the lowercase letter "l" as in light). You can also reach me almost anytime at 216-621-1120.
 

 I need to get this working as soon as possible.
