Hi Ray -  I can start you off w/ this easier 'thing' to do.  Perhaps this will cure everything.  Let's try it and see....
 
 
 The 3rd screen shot you posted tells me the file you are using is a Sync'd file connected to a Master file and the connection has been lost.  The other screen shots I am still thinking about.  There are 'disconnects', but why?  Is it the encryption?  Let's being.
 
 As always, before attempting any repairs, make backup copies of your files.  If you know how to use the Windows Explorer, use it to make actual file copies.  Simply make a wholesale Copy of both the entire Ecco folder plus all your data (if it is stored elsewhere).
 
 Once done making copies (which we hope we will not have to use), let's attempt to take care of the problem with slide #3  ....
 
 Go to File -> Properties.  You probably see in the lower left a button that says "work online".  Click this and navigate to your master file.   If you cannot find the master file, we have to ask more questions.  
 
 Is the problem solved?
 
 Note: You can always choose 'disconnect' but this is a last resort , so let's not do this just yet.
