Tried same but didn't work for me. 

 Did you have a restore point predating the update? Only option I had was reversing the update.
 

 Curious to see what will happen when it updates again.
 

 Strange thing is my Laptop went through the same update with no issues.
 

 Wondering if he fact that WIN10 is original OS on the Laptop but an upgrade on the desktop where the Error developed has any relevance.
