Thanks for the suggestions Kerry.  Unfortunately a search for ECCO.cfg, ECCO.alm files returns no results.  The ECCO related files I have are .eco, ecb, ecg, and bk1, bk2.  When I try to open the bk files it returns an error message that can't find.  Moving all these files to the C root directory yields the same result.
