First, I don't think you need to re-install ecco, whatever you used to
install it should be fine.
Can you start ecco without starting one of the files? Can you create
a new file?
If you can create a new file, the configuration files should be
automatically created.
Perhaps then you can open one of your older files?
Second, as to downloading Ecco, in this group, go to the Files section
of the Yahoo Group interface, then go to the folder 001.EccoPro Downloads:
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/eccopro/files/~001.EccoPro%20Downloads/
The install files for Ecco are there, I am finding Yahoo to be
exceedingly slow this morning, don't know why.
I dont' think we have the Slang extension in our files in this
group, for that you need to join ecco_pro group on Yahoo, note the
underscore.
