Chris, Thanks for getting back so quickly and giving me alternatives. I have installed and uninstalled repeatedly. I can open up two *.eco files but they won't close without the error message. After closing with the Task Manager Ecco Pro will not start after that, repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling the program. ` I also found the three key files you mentioned.
