Re: Ecco pro has been working for years, now fails with "unable to complete command"

 I deleted the files you suggested.
 I had to restore the ecco.cfx file as that has all the configurations in it.
 It appears the alm (alarm file) got too full. This happened many times in the old ecco . I thought perhaps with the newer Ecco this may have been eliminated.
 
 
 I think it's time I move on to some other PIM.
