In error, years ago, I made an ex-employee the owner of our current Ecco file ECC and ECO. I cannot change that to myself so I cannot delete connections. I am also having a very difficult time with out of memory. I have done the following:

 I am using ECCO 4.6.7.7.
It crashes, when I exit using 4.6.7.7
It crashes, when I exit using the original ecco32.exe and the updated ecco32.exe files (after it had been corrected to avoid memory issues)
Unfortunately, only yesterday, I noticed that when I installed the 4.6.7.7. version, I had not added the updated corrected default.ect file.
I have used the EmAdvanced Diagnostic tookkit but that does not seem to do anything effective for me. It only reports different folders with an estimate of how free is my 32K. It does not seem to pin-point where my limitations lie which causes Ecco to have memory overflow issues.
I have fixed the files so they pass the Check File Consistency; however, no one in my company can exit ecco without crashing. We have to save ecco and then use the task manager to exit; otherwise, it crashes with memory issues. Then I have to make sure none of the computers have a temporary ecco file.
I cannot seem to set up and log into a user file as I used to. On prior versions, I would click on file and workgroup setting to change the user. I cannot do that any longer. Plus, I have new users in which Ecco will not allow them to a connect to Microsoft Mail and Exchange.
I have also used the eccomagic-create-wrorkgroups-from ecco.exe file.

Nothing so far has, in any combination or alone, helped. I do not know if the above if related to not being the owner. Either way, If someone really knows what they are doing, I honestly will appreciate your help. Please call me at 713-781-8892 x 214 or on my cell at 713-410-4143. My name is Ken.

 Thank you.
