Numberit! registration and use.

I have been using Ecco since 1989. On July 14, 2018, I paid $45 for NumberIt!. I may have paid for it years ago. I have never ran it and finally realize that it will be a very useful tool. Currently, I do not know how to register it so I can use it in my business.
 

 1. Does anyone know how I can register it so I can use it? 2. To use it on all machines, does it have to be loaded on each machine? If not, on which machine does it need to load? 
 

 Instead of e-mail, please please call me as I receive so many legitimate e-mails, I cannot get to them all, but I want to make sure I obtain this information.
