Need advice on Ecco Pro

I sent this message originally as a reply to Windows 10 problem,
then realized that not changing the subject might cause some to

I was an EccoPro user from the time of the original Arabesque Ecco,
drawing away after the NetManage debacle … tried to stay with it for
a time, constantly begging NetManage to reconsider their insane 
decision.
Now, many years later, I'm at a point where I want to reinstall and use
Ecco Pro.

I would appreciate any guidance as to what software, and possible 
add-ons
I should install, and any advice as to setting it up and running it.  
It's
been a long time since I used it; I've never seen anything better at 
turning
a jumble of details into a coherent whole.
